I understand that to book an appointment I must put down a $75 deposit to secure my date/time. The deposit will go towards final cost and is non refundable.

Any rescheduling is to be done through Standard Ink up to 48 hrs before the appointment to retain deposit going towards final cost. Life happens, We are both human, I rebuke avoidable illness from myself and my coworkers - there are many instances where this does not apply and we will be able to get you handled. No call no shows generally do not get booked again.
